As the chatbot craze subsides, I anticipate behind-the-scenes AI to become a major trend in 2019. The distinguishing factors of CSPs (rather than Account Plans) are: Owned by the customer and collaborated on with the CSM. If we’re not at peak SaaS, we’re probably close to it.
