Technology is the Enabler not the Disruptor (So Stop Using it as an Excuse)

I was giving a talk earlier this month in which I mentioned that technology is an enabler not a disruptor of business today. It was to the BPW Lake-Geneva (Business & Professional Women) group in Rolle, Switzerland, which was a first for me. Not because I was speaking about customer centricity as a disruptor, but because it was an all-female group.

However, to be very clear, NeXorce is not replacing the Avaya CMS but rather offering an enhanced reporting option. Off Topic: Trump, Sports, And Twitter Usage

Customer Experience Matters

Yesterday, President Trump tweeted about firing all football players who don’t stand for the National Anthem. From my perspective, his comments were inappropriate and divisive. It’s a shame that the President seems tone deaf on the players’ underlying issues. We should be amplifying the peaceful voices for social justice, not trying to shut them down.
