You can utilize advances in self-service technology to automate appointment scheduling. On the next two pages – Telephony Options and Data storage – accept the default settings and choose Next step. Under the Contact flow/IVR section, select the InboundCall flow. Now navigate to your CloudFront Distribution URL plus index.html.
