To earn these honors, Concentrix demonstrated award-winning strategies, such as:
- Rebuilding Education Across India This volunteer project aims to enable education for all in India, transforming one schooling experience at a time, supporting 11 schools across 5 Indian cities and benefiting 6300+ disadvantaged children every year. Our staff contributed more than 200,000 volunteer hours globally for this project.
- OneEarth Program: Our OneEarth program encapsulates all actions that the company undertakes to achieve key environmental commitments laid out in 2021. Since the program launched, we have identified our key CO2 impact areas, increased our CDP rating to a B, achieved Silver from EcoVadis and have committed to a net zero future.
- Be Seen, Be Heard, Be You campaign: This voluntary program allows staff to share personal aspects about themselves such as ethnicity, gender, disability status and type, sexual orientation and their gender identity so we can be supportive and inclusive of diversity. Currently over 169K have self-identified since launch.
Being recognized for these awards stands as a true testament to the strength of our promise of promoting an inclusive, safe work environment where are all our people feel welcome and are encouraged to learn and grow, as well as our commitment to accomplishing and upholding our ESG goals on our road to 2025.
