The new Staff section is divided into three parts: Agents, Teams, and Archive. Third brand new section is called Archive. You might ask what is the Archive good for? An archived agent keeps all of his/her collected ratings, but is no longer able to receive new ones or login to Nicereply.

Archival of the old documents The old documents can be archived to maintain the originality of the initial content so that even if certain wrong changes are made accidentally, the older version is available easily. Outdated information on old documents can easily be maintained by archiving them.

Firstly, they published a dictionary to revive the language of their ancestors. CLI supplies interpreters for rare and endangered languages.

2600Hz has a pretty good archive of podcasts in the Resources section of their website , but when new podcasts come out, they’re initially shared on Spotify. The main topic was CCaaS - contact center as a service - what it is, what’s driving the shift to cloud, how it adds value, where it’s heading, etc.
