Contact Center Pipeline Magazine: Inside Our December 2020 Issue

FROM THE DECEMBER 2020 ISSUE

As the year draws to a close, I extend wishes to you and your loved ones for the best of holidays and a very peaceful New Year.

The end of 2020 marks quite a year. Not only has COVID-19 affected us individually and within our families, but our organizations have had quite the challenge of meeting these stressful times and figuring out our best way forward. Once again, the contact center industry has stepped up to meet our everyday challenges. I also appreciate everyone on our Pipeline team—from writers to staff—for also rising to the challenge of addressing the needs and challenges brought about by the pandemic. We scrambled to set up a COVID-19 section on our website for those sponsors who stepped up quickly and offered amazing assistance in our new world. Our writers were challenged to see our “usual” issues in the new COVID light.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity you give us to continue serving the contact center industry. Let’s just hope 2021 isn’t quite as stressful and we see major improvements with COVID-19. I am encouraged to see what our new environments will look like on the other side of this pandemic.

Please, wear your mask and stay safe.

Wishing you all the best in 2021!
