London’s iconoclastic experience-entrepeneur and renowned pop-up bar-and-restaurant maestro Sebastian Lyall, 31, has kicked the bar of unusual dining experiences in London up a few notches lately with the announcement of his latest venue, Bunyadi. True to its name, Bunyadi – which translates from the Hindi as “fundamental” – will have a very complex, ‘unprocessed’ tasting menu with vegan and omnivore options, and will be opening in June.
