How to add Chatbot to the Squarespace website?
Installing a chatbot on your Squarespace site is simple, especially when using a tool like Kommunicate. Follow this step and add a chatbot on your Squarespace website in a simple step-by-step process.
Stage 1: Create Chatbot using Kommunicate
Login to your Kommunicate dashboard. If you do not already have a kommunicate account, you can create one here.
Move to the Kompose bot builder category from the ‘Bot Integration’ section and select the bot that needs to be added to the Squarespace site or create a new bot by selecting the ‘Create Bot’ button.
Kompose lets you choose to automatically hand over the conversations to a human being and then you can start designing the conversations for your bot. Set the bot to send a welcome message after a specific trigger, and then type the message you want to display.

Stage 2: Install Chatbot to Squarespace website
Log in to your Squarespace account and select the ‘Go to Websites’ option to which you want to add the chatbot. Or ‘Create Website’ if trying to build a new website
Select the ‘Settings’ option from the left panel and click on ‘Advanced Settings’ from the given categories then select the ‘Code Injection’
Copy the code javascript Snippet from the install tab of Kommunicate dashboard. Go to the Install section to get the js snippet code.
Copy and paste the snippet into the footer section’s code box. This code will be injected into your site’s template-defined footer on every page.
Your Kompose Chatbot will now appear on your Squarespace website after you save your changes. Any future changes you make to its design will automatically update the bot on the site.
