Ideal for small teams, the Team+ plan offers the Notetaker with powerful AI capabilities like Call summary and transcriptions, Coaching comments, and SMS Copilot. It combines these AI capabilities with SMS and calling features including inbound and outbound calling, SMS with WhatsApp inbox, and more.

Pro+

COACHING ASSISTANT & MULTI-CHANNEL NOTETAKER

$89 per user/month (billed annually) | $109 per user/month (billed monthly)

Pro+ plan is meant for larger teams and beyond the AI capabilities offered in the Team+ plan, it comes with advanced features like AI call scoring, Manual scoring, Custom moments, Tags and Call analytics. These AI functionalities come as an addition to the voice and SMS features within the Pro plan, such as bulk SMS, Sales Dialer, and live call monitoring.
