JustCall Updates for September 2020: Here’s What’s New!

Kicking off the final quarter of 2020 with new updates and features, a lot has happened behind the scenes! With a goal to make our customers’ experience as fluid as possible, we roll out new features and updates every month. In this blog, we will lead you through all the changes and improvements we introduced in September.

Ending the third quarter on an exciting note, we’re back with our monthly recap for September 2020. Taking feedback and customer pain points into account, our team works to develop new features and updates each month.

Let’s take a closer look at all these updates now!

1. JustCall Notification Center: Receive and Manage Notifications from One Place

First on our roster of updates is the launch of the notification center. Users can manage all their notifications from a single place, now. This new feature will allow you to keep eye on notifications for triggered events in JustCall. This includes incoming messages, voicemail, and missed calls. You can go to the notification center by heading over to your Gravatar.

There’s an option to pick from the different types of notifications, which include:

  • Desktop: For the latest notifications, you will receive a red badge on the bell icon in your navigation bar. To view the latest notifications, you can click on the bell icon. Pop-up notifications can be enabled on your screen as well. There’s an option to use the alert sound for new notifications, as well.
  • Email: At the same time, you can get the latest notifications through email, as well.
  • Mobile: Finally, you can receive in-app notifications on your mobile phone for events like missed calls, and voicemails.

2. Safer Phone Calls with Google Verified Calls

Get an increased answer rate for your outbound calling efforts with Google Verified Calls. As the partners for Google Verified Calls, JustCall allows businesses to make safer phone calls.

Why Verified Call is a must-have for your business?

  • 87% of customers won’t answer unless they recognize the caller’s number.
  • Calls from unverified phone numbers can create stress for consumers

Verified Calls (Android) solve these problems by showing:

  • Caller’s name
  • Brand Logo
  • Reason for calling
  • Verification symbol indicating the business has been authenticated by Google

This new functionality helps improve the likelihood of your calls getting answered and thereby, reduces your business costs. A case in point, here, can be airline companies wanting to alert customers about changes in flight timings. By having the reason behind the call displayed on the screen, you can get a better call response rate.

3. Create Auto Dialer Campaigns from Pipedrive

Here’s some great news for both JustCall and Pipedrive users! Now you can create Auto Dialer campaigns straight from Pipedrive. No more swapping between the two apps. Simply make calls from Pipedrive using the Auto Dialer and that too with the click of a few buttons.

Here’s how you can create Auto Dialer campaigns directly from Pipedrive:

  • Get the JustCall app from Pipedrive Marketplace Apps.

  • Firstly, select contacts from the People, Deals or Activities section to add to your Auto Dialer campaign.
  • You can opt to create a new Auto Dialer campaign or you can add contacts to an existing one. There is an option to select from an Auto Dialing campaign or Predictive Dialing campaign as well.
  • Finally, head over to the Auto Dialer and check the status of your campaign.

4. JustCall Bags the High Performer Badge by G2

The most exciting update we’d like to share with you is that JustCall has been ranked as a ‘High Performer’ in not just 1 but 4 categories. The categories include VoIP, Contact Center Operations, Auto Dialer, and Outbound Call Tracking. 

G2 is a marketplace cum peer-to-peer review site for software tools and products. To be touted by the would’s largest tech marketplace is a great feat for our team.
