In the month of November, we have added some new features to your favorite customer support tool.
WebApp
Chat Transcripts
Now you can send Chat transcripts to your users via your own email.
Just head over to Settings > Conversation > Chat Transcript and setup your email
Chat Widget
Similar to the hide-post CTA setting, we are introducing a hide-form Submit setting for the chat widget.
When configured, the user clicks on the submit button in a form. The form will acknowledge the inputs and will no longer be accessible. Your users won’t be able to submit the form multiple times.
Zendesk chat
Using Zendesk integration, Zendesk customers who are using the platform for Live Chats, will be able to plugin Kompose chatbot to automate their support queries while continuing to use the Zendesk support agent panel.
Multilingual Bots in Lex V2
Multilingual bots support is now available for Amazon Lex V2.
WhatsApp template support is added for 360Dialog integration.

Android SDK
We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate Android SDK(2.2.5):
- Support for multi lines in Rich Message Action Button.
- Post submitted form(Rich Message) data as a Message.
- Added support for Form text area in Rich message.
- Added a method to show Pre chat collection & launch chat for anonymous users.
- Added timestamp below Rich Messages.
- Optimized publishing Away/Online Status process.
- Collect email ID from user for Away Message for anonymous users.
- Fix for the Speech to Text issue in Android 11.
- Support for Custom Chat Background (either color or a local drawable).
iOS SDK
We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate iOS SDK(6.3.1):
- Support to sync messages on chat screen.
Bug Fixes
- Appearance of white background when the dark mode is activated in the browser.
- Amazon Lex users not receiving the welcome message is resolved.
- WhatsApp attachment not getting passed to Custom bots.
- Kompose bot getting disabled on buying “Start” plan.
