2Ring is an independent software vendor focused on innovative enhancements for many of the major contact center platforms (Amazon, Cisco, Five9, Genesys). 2Ring solutions always provide relevant information when and where needed, thus ultimately empowering contact center teams to deliver a memorable customer experience.
What does your organization consider to be your company’s greatest achievement?
The greatest achievement is adaptability. Our team always finds a new way to evolve and grow with the contact center industry trends and takes the necessary leap towards new platforms, APIs, and add-ons.
What does your organization see as the greatest challenge facing the Contact Center industry?
The ability to create a customer journey that is unique and valued by end-customers on its own, no matter what combination of communication channels is preferred. This goes hand in hand with the ability to listen and immediately respond to feedback provided, regardless of where the customers happen to be on their experience journey.
What would Contact Center folks be surprised to learn about your company?
Some refer to 2Ring as “the gadget guys” as 2Ring was involved in the very first deployment of Cisco Finesse in Europe in 2011, and then our team also travelled the world as evangelists to educate contact center integrators as well as contact center supervisors about the benefits of web-based applications.
