inSided named Leader in G2’s Online Community Management category after exponential growth

[Press Release] The rapid acceleration and demand for Customer Community platforms in the B2B SaaS & subscription-based market continues to drive customer and revenue growth.

Amsterdam, September 23rd, 2020- inSided, the only Community Platform built specifically for Customer Success teams and the SaaS industry, has been recognized as a Leader in G2’s Fall 2020 Grid Report for the Online Community Management Software category on G2.com. inSided was also recognized as a High Performer in the software category for Customer Success.

G2.com is the world’s largest tech marketplace, leveraging customer reviews, social presence and other data to recognize true leaders in a wide variety of software categories. To be placed in the aforementioned categories, inSided had to meet G2’s requirements plus receive high remarks for customer satisfaction and market presence.

Needless to say, we’re very proud of this achievement.

In addition to being recognized as a leading company in several categories, inSided today announced that its third quarter so far, which ends on September 30th, was the largest in company history with a year-over-year increase in revenue of 426%.

Slido, GoodData, T-mobile USA and Pipefy we’re among the customers that launched a Customer Success Community on inSided’s platform in Q3. The company also signed influential logos like e.g.  Fiix, Veeam, TigerConnect and BetterCloud.

It’s incredibly exciting to see the growth of Community building in the SaaS and Customer Success industries.
