Talkdesk, a leading provider of contact center solutions, has announced that Gillian Heltai, VP of Client Services, has won the 2018 Aragon Research Women in Technology Award for Operations. This award reflects the achievements of women who have demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth and significantly contributed to the technology industry.

Gillian was formally presented with the award on December 6th, 2018 at Aragon Transform, the annual Aragon Research awards ceremony.
This award builds upon strong momentum that Talkdesk has shown in 2018 with major company announcements including $100M in Series B funding and achieving “Unicorn” status. Additionally, Talkdesk hosted thousands of attendees at Opentalk18 which featured several impactful launches; $10M Talkdesk Innovation Fund, 100% uptime service level agreement, and the contact center of the future.
