Banking Frontiers Awards Concentrix for Technology Innovations
Mumbai, India – Concentrix shined once again as one of the key innovation leaders in BFSI sector by bagging two Technoviti awards for our Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products, TradeFree™ and Factorin™. The organizers of these awards, Banking Frontiers, have been facilitating the spread of excellence in innovation and best practices by bringing together technology innovations and BFSI sector through this valued platform of Technoviti.
Concentrix won the first award for its TradeFree™ portal, an online request and workflow system that enables the corporate customers to seamlessly submit trade finance requests to the bank. The portal has enabled the bank to onboard thousands of corporate clients and serve them digitally. The solution is recently enhanced with an online import data processing and monitoring system with paperless direct payment features.
Concentrix won a second award for a digital invoice trade receivable and discounting system platform called Invoicemart that is custom built on top of Concentrix Factorin™. The objective of Invoicemart is to facilitate micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) to convert trade receivables into liquid funds and manage working capital.
